Jan van Kisfeld

Jan joined revalyu Resources GmbH’s leadership team as a Managing Director and Head of Legal from revalyu’s majority shareholder Heraeus Holding GmbH. Previously, he worked as a Senior Legal Counsel in the Heraeus M&A team where he intensively supported Heraeus’ investment in revalyu as well as the subsequent management of the investment. In the course of this work, he gained a deep understanding of the plastic recycling business as well as the circular and sustainable economy. Jan brings valuable experience for the legally secure expansion of corporates from his many years of legal work.

After finishing his law studies with a focus on law & finance in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, he fully qualified as a lawyer and started his career as an attorney-at-law with a major international law firm in the field of mergers & acquisitions. In his spare time, he loves to play squash, run and hike. Jan is engaged in the protection of endangered species and has a passion for environmental and sustainability topics.
